01. Eligibility & Age Group

• Kids' membership is open to children aged 4–14 years.
• All children must have a parent or legal guardian's consent before joining.

02. Supervision

• Children under 6 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or be under the supervision of a certified kids' trainer during their time in the gym.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for pick-up and drop-off. The gym is not responsible for children left unattended before or after sessions.

03. Appropriate Areas & Activities

• Kids are only permitted in designated areas for children's workouts or activities.
• Use of heavy equipment or machines designed for adults is strictly prohibited unless approved and supervised by a trainer.

04. Health & Safety

• Children must wear proper workout clothing and non-slip sports shoes.

05. Conduct

• Respect for trainers, other members, and equipment is mandatory. Misbehavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

06. Membership Duration & Pause Policy

• Kids' memberships are valid for the chosen term (monthly/quarterly/yearly) as per the registration form.
• No pausing of membership is allowed for kids' plans unless approved by management in writing.

07. Refunds & Transfers

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

08. Liability

• Parents/guardians must sign the Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement on behalf of the child before participation begins.

• For members under 18 years of age, written consent from a parent/guardian is required before using their photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
• By signing this document, you consent for the above.
• Parents/guardians have the right to withdraw consent at any time via written notice to the gym.
