This agreement is valid for current members of M/S Ninja X, applicable with M/S Ninja X clubs in India only.

Personal training session can be executed only at Club where they have been purchased, and a member cannot request for the transfer of any personal training sessions to be conducted at other M/S Ninja X club in India.

Personal training sessions have to be paid for in advance and in full at time of purchase. A Personal Training Session shall not be commenced until the applicable charges are paid for and duly received by M/S Ninja X.

Personal Training session purchased remain non-transferable to another individual. A Personal training Client can not request for the transfer of Personal Training Session or request for the refund of any session value to be conducted by the Personal Trainer.

Personal Training session expiry terms also applies to personal training sessions on Free Status.

Any personal training sessions not completed within the validity period will be deemed as void and M/S Ninja X will not be responsible to extend the expiry period. Member is advised to be regular with their sessions to avoid expiry of the sessions. M/S Ninja X reserves the right to forfeit any session not utilized within the above prescribed time frame.

In the event a personal training session is terminated early for any reason, the remaining uncompleted session are not refundable and shall be deemed as void upon expiry of its original validity period.

A member must book the appointment with the personal trainer minimum of 24 hours in advance.

If for any reason, the personal trainer has to cancel the scheduled session, all members shall be made to provide an alternate session either on the same day or a mutually agreed date. If a member cancels the session with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be deemed to have been used and will not be refundable or adjusted against another session.

Members shall not bring other persons, including family, friends or children into the personal training session. A Personal Training member is not allowed to have a friend, relative, or helper stand and attendance during the Personal Training Session.

If an NX member signs after every session, including sessions conducted by a personal trainer, then in absence of the Centre Manager, there shall be deemed no request to refund a session.

In the event that the personal trainer does not arrive on the agreed time, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

Any expenses incurred by the member following through on suggestions or recommendations by the personal trainer will be borne by the member and there will be no liability on the Club Management or the M/S Ninja X.

The buyer personal training agrees to hold M/S Ninja X free from any and all liability.

The Buyer of Personal Training expressly agrees that M/S Ninja X India Private Ltd and the Personal Training M/S Ninja X India Pvt Ltd can enforce all the rules.
